John Evans brings experience across mental health counseling, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, and employment-focused support.
His approach is practical, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins by understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis, disability, or employment barrier.
As a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), John also brings a personal understanding of the barriers Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals can encounter in education, employment, communication access, and community life.
